About Visit South Bend Mishawaka

South Bend and Mishawaka are two neighboring cities marketed as one destination, with Notre Dame pulling most of the attention and a deep bench of museums, river attractions, and downtowns that visitors rarely heard about.

01

The Opportunity

The content was there, but the structure wasn’t. Game-day visitors, families, and museum and culture audiences were each treated as separate operations, with no through-line carrying someone from a Notre Dame weekend to the rest of what the area offers.

02

What We Did

Pulled both cities’ programs into one content architecture, and ran a focused influencer campaign around the area’s museums to draw attention beyond game days. Reused existing assets instead of building from scratch, so the team could produce once and distribute across both cities with minimal adaptation.

03

The Impact

Content engagement up 21%, production efficiency up 27%, and a museum campaign that delivered 4x brand lift and 134K views without adding complexity to the slate.
